Customers supply their contacts, business information, calling instructions, and connected services. The agent speaks with leads and can use configured actions to book meetings, send follow-ups, or update records. Common uses include calling an existing lead list, following up with prospects, scheduling appointments, calling back at a requested time, and transferring a conversation to a sales representative. Customers decide whom to contact and are responsible for the permissions required for each communication. - [Product overview](https://bigphone.ai/): Product description and a sample AI call. - [Features](https://bigphone.ai/#how-it-works): Public overview of calling, lead management, integrations, and reporting. ## How setup works 1. Create an account and choose a plan. 2. Configure an AI agent with instructions about the business, offer, and purpose of the call. 3. Choose a voice and language, and add relevant company knowledge. 4. Connect phone numbers and any calendar, email, or CRM services the agent will use. 5. Upload leads from a CSV file or import them from Google Sheets. 6. Set calling hours, callbacks, retries, and follow-up actions. 7. Run a test call, review the conversation, and adjust the agent before starting the campaign. 8. Monitor results through call recordings, transcripts, and campaign analytics. - [Getting started and product FAQ](https://bigphone.ai/#faq). ## Calling and agent features ### AI voice agents - Configure the agent's instructions and opening lines for each campaign. - Give the agent company information through its knowledge base. - Choose a voice from the available voice library. - Language options include English, French (Canada), French (France), and Spanish. - Configure actions that the agent can take during a conversation. ### Campaigns and follow-ups - Run outbound calls to leads in a campaign during configured calling hours. - Handle returned calls and voicemail. - Schedule callbacks when a lead asks to speak later. - Configure retries for unanswered calls. - Transfer a call to a person. - Configure SMS follow-ups and manage messages in the inbox. - Use custom workflows where included in the selected plan. ### Leads and reporting - Import contacts through CSV files or Google Sheets. - Verify phone numbers before calling. - Review call recordings, transcripts, and information collected during conversations. - Track calls placed, answer rates, and call duration; filter results by campaign and date. - Share a campaign report with an external AI assistant for transcript review and suggested improvements. The report link expires after seven days. Feature availability depends on the selected plan and configured integrations. Phone verification reports information about a number; it does not establish permission to call it. - [Feature overview](https://bigphone.ai/#how-it-works). - [Customer data and phone verification](https://bigphone.ai/terms#customer-data). ## Integrations BigPhone connects calling workflows to services selected by the customer: - **Lead imports:** CSV uploads and Google Sheets. - **Phone service:** Twilio for connected phone numbers and communications. - **Meeting booking:** Cal.com and Calendly. - **Email sending:** Resend and Mailgun. - **CRM actions:** HubSpot and Salesforce. - **Custom workflows:** Customer-configured webhook destinations and related workflow actions. Integrations require the relevant accounts and configuration. Third-party services connected through a customer's own accounts may charge separately under their own terms. - [Integrations shown in the product overview](https://bigphone.ai/#how-it-works). - [Third-party charges and billing terms](https://bigphone.ai/terms#billing). ## Plans and pricing Prices are in USD. Call allowances renew monthly. Cancel anytime. Each placed outbound call uses one unit, whether it is answered, goes unanswered or reaches voicemail. Leaving a voicemail uses the same unit. Each retry uses another unit. Double-call uses two units when both calls are placed. Each AI-answered inbound call uses one unit. Human-forwarded inbound calls do not use units. | Plan | Monthly price (USD) | Calls included per month | Active campaigns | Phone numbers (up to) | Team members | | --- | --- | --- | --- | --- | --- | | Launch | $149 | 1,000 | 1 | 5 | 1 | | Growth | $499 | 5,000 | 5 | 20 | 5 | | Enterprise | $1,499 | 15,000 | 25 | 100 | 5 | - **Launch**: For getting your first campaigns running. 1,000 calls included; 1 active campaign; Up to 5 phone numbers; 1 team member; Basic integrations. - **Growth**: For teams running outbound every day. 5,000 calls included; 5 active campaigns; Up to 20 phone numbers; 5 team members; SMS follow-ups; API access. - **Enterprise**: For teams with bigger volume. 15,000 calls included; 25 active campaigns; Up to 100 phone numbers; 5 team members; Custom workflows. Unless the selected plan says otherwise, subscription fees are charged in advance and usage charges in arrears. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated charges; downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. Customers may cancel at any time to stop future renewals. Fees already incurred are non-refundable except where required by law. Connected third-party services may bill separately. Changes to renewal pricing require at least 30 days' notice under the terms. - [Fees, billing, and plans](https://bigphone.ai/terms#billing). - [Cancellation and termination](https://bigphone.ai/terms#termination). ## API and automation The public REST API uses an organization API key in the Authorization Bearer header. It supports: - Reading organization details. - Listing, creating, renaming, duplicating, and deleting campaigns. - Checking campaign readiness and starting or stopping a campaign. - Configuring campaign agents, caller numbers, pacing, retries, voicemail, calling schedules, workflows, and knowledge-base documents. - Finding organization leads by external ID, phone, or email; listing campaign leads; adding leads individually or in batches; updating, verifying, and removing leads. - Reading call history with lead, phone, and date filters, plus individual call transcripts, collected data, and recording links. - Reading campaign analytics and, where enabled for the organization, call costs. - Sending SMS messages and reading SMS history. - Creating, rescheduling, and cancelling callbacks; reading scheduled callbacks and retries with filters and pagination. - Reading connected phone numbers and available agent languages, voices, actions, and timezones. The API documentation includes TypeScript, Python, and curl examples. Campaigns can be created and configured through the API or dashboard. Starting a campaign requires its readiness checks to pass. Adding a lead to a running campaign can make that lead eligible for calling. Sending SMS and verifying phone numbers can incur third-party charges. - [API reference](https://bigphone.ai/api-docs). ## Customer responsibilities and acceptable use The following summarizes the Terms of Use, last updated September 27, 2026. Customers control the contacts they upload, their campaign settings, and the communications they initiate. They must have lawful authority to use their data and obtain the consent required for each automated or AI voice call. A phone-number verification result or a CRM record does not establish consent. Consent to email or general marketing does not by itself establish consent to AI voice calls. The terms require customers to honor applicable do-not-call lists and opt-outs, observe permitted calling hours in the recipient's time zone, and provide required caller identification, recording notices, and AI disclosures. SMS and email follow-ups have their own requirements. The terms refer to applicable Canadian and United States rules, including CRTC rules, PIPEDA, Quebec's Law 25, the TCPA, and applicable state laws. The acceptable use policy prohibits fraud, harassment, unauthorized impersonation, unlawful content, falsified caller identification, misuse of restricted numbers, evasion of required disclosures, unauthorized data use, and attempts to access another account's data. Violations may result in suspension or termination. Compliance features assist customers with their work; the terms do not promise that using BigPhone makes a campaign legally compliant. The terms are governed by Quebec law and applicable Canadian federal law, subject to mandatory rights and jurisdiction rules. - [Calling compliance and consent](https://bigphone.ai/terms#calling-compliance). - [Acceptable use policy](https://bigphone.ai/terms#acceptable-use). - [Governing law](https://bigphone.ai/terms#governing-law). - [Full Terms of Use](https://bigphone.ai/terms). ## Privacy and customer data The Privacy Policy and the data processing agreement in the Terms of Use distinguish between account information and customer contact data. BigPhone uses account and website information to operate the service. Customers control their contact data; BigPhone processes that data on their instructions to provide the configured service. Depending on the features used, customer data can include names, phone numbers, email addresses, CRM records, consent and opt-out information, call metadata, recordings, transcripts, messages, appointment details, agent instructions, and uploaded knowledge material. ### Data handling - Customers retain rights in their own data. The terms grant BigPhone a limited right to process it to provide the service. - The Privacy Policy states that BigPhone does not sell personal information. - Service providers may process data for hosting, authentication, storage, payments, telecommunications, AI voice, transcription, and support. - Customer-configured integrations may send data to CRM systems, calendar services, email providers, and webhook destinations. - Information may be processed outside Quebec or Canada. Customers can request information about processing locations and sub-processors. - Retention depends on the information, customer instructions, and legal requirements. The data processing agreement provides for return or deletion on termination, except where retention is legally required. ### Privacy requests and safeguards The published policies describe access controls, confidentiality obligations, security measures, and incident-notification duties. The data processing agreement provides for encryption in transit and, where feasible, at rest, as well as assistance with customer privacy obligations. Individuals may request access, correction, deletion, and other applicable privacy rights through sattari@planconversion.com. A person contacted by a BigPhone customer should direct an opt-out or request about that customer's data to the business that contacted them. BigPhone can help identify the responsible business. - [Privacy Policy](https://bigphone.ai/privacy). - [Data processing agreement](https://bigphone.ai/terms#data-processing). - [Data ownership](https://bigphone.ai/terms#intellectual-property). - [Privacy rights and requests](https://bigphone.ai/privacy#your-rights). - [International processing](https://bigphone.ai/privacy#international-processing). ## Frequently asked questions ### What is BigPhone used for?
